Coming from humble beginnings, I have worked hard to get to where I am today. My father was a Vietnam vet in the Marine Corp and met my little Japanese mother while in Japan. Together they raised my 3 sisters & me in Alpine, Ca. Learning the military mindset of hard work, combined with patience from my mother, I truly feel I was blessed with the perfect balance for this career.

Being self-made in this business and a strong believer in investing in Real Estate, I definitely practice what I preach. I purchased my first home at the age of 22, then purchased my second home as a flip, and bought my 3rd home all by age 25. I now own multiple properties including 2 homes in La Jolla, which is a dream come true! I remember driving through the Windansea community as a teen and wishing that one day, I could just own a shack by the beach.

Now, as a single mother, I am able to enjoy raising my three boys in La Jolla and am truly grateful for all the blessings I’ve been able to accomplish through Real Estate. Since getting my license in 2008, I have seen the good & bad sides of Real Estate. I know what it takes to push through all types of markets & overcome many different obstacles. With my knowledge in the business and personal experiences, I am confident in my ability to help you with all your Real Estate needs, buying, selling, or investing.

Priscylla Connelly moved to San Diego in 1999 and fell in love with the city and the real estate market in San Diego. Her passion for real estate developed from her legal training as a real estate attorney in Brazil before moving to the USA.

Throughout Priscylla’s diverse career, she has worked extensively with investors, buyers and sellers. She is experienced with new construction, condos, first time home buyers, VA buyers, move up buyers, multi family units and sellers. She understands the real estate market and is always working to find the perfect real estate opportunities for buyers and sellers.
